The DVD has really saved me from the depths of despair... reinstalling focus and confidence in my playing and practice routine.
I like the stop starts and the 4bar rock beat/4 bar d.kick exercises as they allow you to 'punch above your weight' and let you get the feel for playing the faster tempos, and then you can gradually increase your stamina at those tempos. I'm 5 weeks into the 16wk workout which does the same. They give you confidence in your playing cos you are playing at xbpm, even if its only for 1 or 2 bars to begin with. Great DVD - total quality throughout. No waffle. |
