Some honest feedback re: DVD

Yeah! The dvd kick ass! Before we started recording our album i used alot of the exercises in there and i think that it made my drumming better even over a short period of time! I really lik the "extreme metal drumming complete" exercise! I sue it for warm up on every rehearsal and i came up with ideas that ended up being on the album from that one! A great dvd! Can't wait for the next one!
